Guest Services & Amenities
Breakfast Packs
Breakfast packs are available for delivery to your room the night before for $30. Each pack includes:
- 2 egg and bacon quiches
- 2 slices of raisin bread
- 2 pieces of fruit
- Condiments
Dishes in Rooms
A small number of unwashed cups is acceptable; however, excessive dirty dishes may incur a $30 cleaning fee, which will be charged to your credit card. This agreement was acknowledged at check-in.
Emergencies
For maintenance emergencies (e.g., burst pipes), please contact our after-hours number immediately: 0432 063 369.For medical emergencies, dial 000.
Function Centre

Guest Laundry
A complimentary guest laundry is available next to Room 34. Laundry powder can be purchased at reception for $5 per bag.
Iron & Steamer
A portable steamer is available for guest use. Please visit reception to borrow one.
Parking
Please park directly in front of your room. If unavailable, park as close as possible to your room.
Pest Management
Australia’s natural environment can lead to fluctuations in pest activity due to seasonal changes. We take preventative measures such as spraying insecticides (non-toxic to humans), setting traps, and making property improvements to manage pests. We appreciate your understanding in instances beyond our control.
Pool & BBQ Area
- The pool is available for all guests and their visitors.
- Children must be supervised at all times.
- Pool towels are provided in your room cupboard.
- Strictly no alcohol or glass in the pool area to prevent damage and potential pool closure.
- No running or jumping into the pool.
The BBQ is complimentary for guest use. Tongs and scrapers are provided. If you need assistance, please visit reception.

Reception hours are posted on the reception window. For assistance outside of these hours, please call our after-hours number: 0432 063 369.
Restaurant Hours
- Lunch: Wednesday – Saturday
- Dinner: Thursday – Saturday

Room Servicing
- For stays of two nights, rooms are not serviced.
- For stays of three nights or more, room servicing is available upon request.

Television & Streaming Services
- Press the power button on the remote.
- Scroll down to Favorite Apps (9Now, 7Plus, 10, ABC, SBS).
- Select the desired channel and press the middle button.
- Navigate to the left and select LIVE.
- To watch a movie, scroll down to TCL Channel, then select MOVIE ARK.
- If unsure, press the Home button (picture of a house) to return to the main menu.
We have installed two Starlink Satellites; however, if the network is slow, we apologize for any inconvenience as this is beyond our control.
